VILLAGE SCHOOL MIT PROGRAM  | AGES: 13-17

EarthWalk expanded the summer MIT program to include MIT opportunities during the EarthWalk Village School (EVS) year.  For more information about our EVS MIT program, email Anika Adams at anika@earthwalkvermont.org

SUMMER MIT CAMP  | AGES: 13-17

A unique weekend camp for experienced campers with two overnights. Followed by a two-week immersion as an MIT at EarthWalk day camps.

Since 2010, EarthWalk has offered a Mentors-in-Training (MIT) program for experienced EarthWalk teenagers. This is a successful summer leadership development program where interested and skilled teens spend time learning together on the land with Mentors, before Summer Camps begin.

The MIT Camp supports teens in developing new skills, knowledge and abilities to Mentor younger children. After successful completion of MIT Camp, teens participate in assisting Mentors for two weeks of EarthWalk Summer Day Camps.
